    Ingrediente

    • Aperol 30ml
    • Melon liquer 20ml
    • Lemon Juice 30ml
    • Sugar syrup 20ml
    • White egg 20ml
    • Tonic 30ml
    • Peychaud's Bitters decoration

    Metoda

    1. Chill the shaker and highball glass with ice.
    2. Pour Aperol, melon liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a mixing glass.
    3. Shake thoroughly in a shaker.
    4. Empty the highball glass from excess water.
    5. With the help of a strainer and a bar strainer, we strain the cocktail into a glass.
    6. Top with tonic.
    7. If desired, decorate with a strip of bitters on top.
