- Aperol 30ml
- Melon liquer 20ml
- Lemon Juice 30ml
- Sugar syrup 20ml
- White egg 20ml
- Tonic 30ml
- Peychaud's Bitters decoration
Metoda
- Chill the shaker and highball glass with ice.
- Pour Aperol, melon liqueur, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a mixing glass.
- Shake thoroughly in a shaker.
- Empty the highball glass from excess water.
- With the help of a strainer and a bar strainer, we strain the cocktail into a glass.
- Top with tonic.
- If desired, decorate with a strip of bitters on top.
