Whiskey Sour
Ingrediente
- Bourbon 50ml
- Sugar syrup 15ml
- Lemon juice 30ml
- White egg 1 tsp.
Metoda
- Pour the bourbon, sugar syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a mixing glass of a shaker.
- Pour ¾ of ice into the second half of the shaker.
- Shake thoroughly in a shaker.
- Strain into a chilled glass of rocks through a strainer (if desired, also through a strainer).
- Add a maraschino cherry to the cocktail.
